French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna will visit Baku and Yerevan at the end of April.

Colonna announced the news in the French Senate on March 22, in response to a question posed by Senator Philippe Pemezec if France is ready to direct the same level of diplomatic and military means to Armenia as it has mobilized in support of Ukraine.

"The land of Armenia is burning, and we are looking elsewhere. Turkey wants to wipe this Christian land surrounded by Muslim expansion off the map. Is France ready to mobilize the same means as in Ukraine?” Pemezec asked Colonna.

"Since the first day, France has been criticizing Azerbaijan's blocking of the Lachin Corridor. It deepens tension. I plan to visit Baku and Yerevan at the end of April to send that message. France is working," Colonna answered.
